Mississippi Sea Wolves vs. Carolina Thunderbirds
The Mississippi Sea Wolves will be taking on the Carolina Thunderbirds at the Raising Cane’s River Center Arena on Thursday, December 8th, 2022. This will be a matchup of two of the top teams in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL).
The Sea Wolves are currently in first place in the SPHL standings with a record of 20-4-2. They are led by forwards Tyler Piacentini and Jordan Kwas, who are both among the league’s leading scorers. The Sea Wolves have one of the best defenses in the SPHL, allowing just 2.33 goals per game.

This should be a great game between two of the top teams in the SPHL. The Sea Wolves have the edge in terms of experience and talent, but the Thunderbirds are no pushover. Either way, it should be a great game for fans of hockey in the South.
